Love being on the water? Freedom Boat Club New Zealand is looking for Dockhands to join our Auckland team at Westhaven Marina!

About The Role

We’re after friendly, reliable team members to help our members enjoy hassle-free boating. This weekend role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and interacting with people in a fun, marine environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Getting boats prepped and fueled for member use

Assisting members with check-in and check-out

Keeping boats clean and tidy

Providing top-notch customer service on the dock

What We’re Looking For

A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills

A passion for boating or experience on the water (preferred but not essential)

Availability to work weekends and some public holidays

A team player who enjoys working outdoors in all weather
