At Agrodome, we’re all about creating memorable, high-quality experiences for our manuhiri — and this role sits right at the heart of it. As our Food & Beverage Events Manager, you’ll lead a dynamic operation spanning café, buffet, weddings, markets, Purepod and one-off events, ensuring every experience is delivered safely, seamlessly and to a high standard.

You’ll be a visible, hands-on leader — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, supports your team to succeed, and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes and on the ground. Alongside this, you’ll take the lead on Health, Safety and Wellbeing, helping to create a safe and positive environment for both kaimahi and manuhiri.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience leading food & beverage, hospitality or events operations in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support high-performing teams
• A practical, hands-on approach with the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Experience delivering high-quality events and managing end-to-end operations
• Sound understanding of food safety, compliance and health & safety requirements
• A genuine passion for hospitality, people and creating great experiences
