Your New Role

We are looking for a proficient and highly organised experienced Claims Technician with 2-3 years of claims experience to join our Wellington team. The role will work with Loss Adjusters and external suppliers from around the country progressing insurance claims through to settlement. Experience across both domestic and commercial claims would be highly advantageous.

You will be passionate about helping people, have an inquisitive mind and desire a challenging and rewarding role. You will have a track record for establishing and managing effective relationships with brokers, insurers and suppliers along with:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A solutions-focused, empathetic, and professional approach
