We’re hiring: Project Controller | PTM Consultants

PTM Consultants is growing, and we’re looking for a Project Controller to help strengthen the way we manage project delivery, commercial performance, forecasting, reporting, and programme coordination across our transport and infrastructure projects.

This is a key role working closely with our Directors, Project Managers, and technical teams to support strong project governance, financial tracking, resource planning, risk management, and delivery oversight.

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, commercially aware, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple projects at once. You’ll bring strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the confidence to help keep projects moving in the right direction.

The ideal person will have experience in project controls, programme coordination, commercial coordination, infrastructure delivery, or project management environments — ideally within engineering, transport, infrastructure, or professional services.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, systems, people, and project performance — and wants to play an important role in a growing Auckland-based consultancy.

Experience: 3–5+ years preferred

Eligibility: Applicants must currently be based in New Zealand and have the legal right to work in New Zealand. We are not currently able to offer relocation or visa sponsorship for this role.
