As part of a close-knit local branch, you’ll also play an important role in supporting the Hokitika community—helping customers achieve their goals and contributing to the growth and wellbeing of the region.

No banking experience? No problem. We welcome applicants from retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing background—we’ll teach you the rest.

About The Role

As a Customer Specialist, you’ll support customers with a range of everyday banking needs while helping them get the most out of our digital and self-service options.

You’ll work across multiple channels and play a key role in keeping the branch running smoothly—all while building meaningful customer relationships.

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday), based in our Hokitika branch.
