About The Role

- Manage inbound and outbound calls with a high level of accuracy

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a timely and responsive service
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or contact centre role
- Excellent oral, listening, and written communication skills
- High degree of computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
- Proven ability to remain composed and focused under pressure
