Job Summary

To create| assign and track the project [module] work plans for delivery and also provide technical guidance for work completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP release and change management for complex S/4HANA landscapes, ensuring strict adherence to customer-approved release strategies, governance models, and compliance standards.

Own the complete change lifecycle within SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM), including design, configuration, execution, and continuous optimization of change documents, approval workflows, transport management, and release cycles.

Architect and implement enterprise-grade SAP release frameworks aligned with customer delivery models, project phases, and agile/hybrid methodologies, ensuring predictable, low-risk deployments across multi-system environments.

Act as the central SAP Change & Release authority, coordinating across functional, technical, business, and infrastructure stakeholders to align priorities, resolve conflicts, and ensure on-time, high-quality releases.

Lead transport management across complex landscapes in collaboration with SAP Basis teams, coordinating releases with critical maintenance activities including system refreshes, upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and enterprise rollout programs.

Govern cross-system and cloud-integrated deployment pipelines (including SAP BTP and Azure CI/CD pipelines), ensuring correct sequencing, traceability, and environment alignment across hybrid SAP architectures.

Design and integrate SAP Cloud ALM as the central project governance platform for requirements management, release tracking, and deployment governance, enabling full traceability from business demand through production release.

Establish end-to-end Azure Devops and SAP Cloud ALM integration to manage project requirements, change execution, release orchestration, and deployment control across on-prem and cloud SAP landscapes.

Provide executive-level reporting on release readiness and deployment performance to senior leadership.
