This is a fixed term role running through to July 2027.
You will provide support across a wide range of People and Culture activities, including:
- Playing a key role in bringing our learning and development framework to life. This includes partnering with leaders, developing engaging learning content and online modules, and supporting the creation of clear career pathways.
- Acting as a champion for our HR Information System (ELMO), including supporting and embedding a system upgrade across the organisation.
- Providing flexible team support by covering responsibilities across People and Culture and Health and Safety during periods of leave.
- Offering sound, practical People and Culture advice to leaders and team members across the organisation.
- Working closely with the Acting General Manager – People and Culture to deliver key priorities, including project and policy development.
- Supporting the Health and Safety Advisor in delivering the Health and Safety strategy and work programme.
- Contributing to recruitment processes, including participating in interviews and supporting the selection of new team members.
- Preparing and contributing to monthly People and Culture reporting for the Executive Leadership Team.
