You're an experienced support professional who provides excellent customer service, while solving technical issues. You'll bring:

  • Proven experience in a Service Sesk or technical support role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • ITIL experience or certification
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or another ticketing system

Responsibilities

As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll be part of our 24/7 first point of contact for all technology related issues and requests across SkyCity's diverse and dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing phone, email, walk-in and service portal support across a 24/7 environment
  • Logging and managing all incidents and service requests in ServiceNow
  • Contributing to knowledge base documentation and service improvement.

Due to the 24/7 nature of our business, this role works on a rotating roster and availability to work night shifts is essential.
