We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and well organised individual to support the work of our Public Transport team.
Te āhuatunga a te tūranga | About the role
Reporting to the Team Leader, Transport Support, this position will play a key role within our team through the provision of high-level technical coordination support. As Programme & Executive Coordinator within the Transport Support team you will also:
- Provide high-level technical coordination across public transport services
- Respond to public enquiries, complaints, ticketing issues, and escalating complex matters where necessary
- Support the development, maintenance, and implementation of standard operating procedures
- Take a flexible approach and work across a variety of tasks to meet team and organisational priorities
- Assist with community engagement and consultation activities, and attend relevant meetings
- Manage information requests, support project work, and maintain accurate documentation and records
- Build strong working relationships with contractors, consultants, suppliers, government agencies, disability groups, and the public
Ō pūmanawa | Your skills and experience
Along with an eye for detail and a passion for your work, you will also have:
- At least three years of experience in a similar role
- Strong written and verbal English language skills
- Great numeracy skills
- Excellent computer literacy, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A Diploma level business administration qualification is desirable
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- A valid driver’s license required[1]
