We’re looking for a people-centred and improvement-focused leader to join our team as a Team Leader Administration - Compliance Solutions. You’ll lead a dedicated administration team that supports critical services across Compliance Solutions, while building a collaborative, high-performing environment. About the role As Team Leader Administration - Compliance Solutions, you’ll be responsible for leading operational administration services that enable Compliance Solutions to deliver consistent, customer-focused, and compliant outcomes for the community. You’ll also play a key role in driving process improvement across the function. Such as, reviewing workflows, improving systems, leveraging technology, or refining procedures, you’ll continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and service delivery outcomes. Working closely with leaders and teams across the organisation, you will build strong relationships that support integrated service delivery and positive outcomes for both internal and external customers. We’re looking for an experienced leader with a genuine passion for developing people and creating a positive team environment. Ideally you will have: Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams. A collaborative leadership style with the ability to build trust and engagement. Experience driving operational and process improvements. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Confidence navigating change and supporting teams through it. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. A continuous improvement mindset and strong technology capability.
