Finance Business Partner

The Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you will act as a critical link between finance and key functional areas, supporting leaders with meaningful financial insights and analysis. You will play a key role in enabling decision-making by translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

This is a highly visible role where you will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles, and provide commercial guidance to support business performance and strategic initiatives.

Role Requirements

• CAANZ (or equivalent) qualification
• Minimum 3+ years post-qualified experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role
• Big-4 foundation will be advantageous.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and challenge
• Advanced analytical and modelling capability with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial insights to non-finance audiences
• Experience working within a complex or matrixed environment is advantageous
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools such as Excel, Power BI or similar
