Branch Manager

About The Role

We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Branch Manager to lead our team and take ownership of branch performance across the territory. In this role, you'll be at the heart of the business—building strong customer relationships, growing sales, and leading a high-performing team, all while championing a safe and positive workplace culture.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll have the autonomy to set the strategic direction for your branch while being backed by a company that genuinely values its people.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own branch financial performance—setting and delivering on budgets, targets, and a clear business plan aligned with company strategy
• Analyse your territory to identify sales opportunities, run a systematic customer call cycle, and manage CRM reporting and pipeline accuracy
• Recruit, lead, coach, and develop your branch team, setting the standard through hands-on mentoring and training
• Become a product expert so you can confidently resolve customer queries and maintain high branch service and presentation standards
• Champion health and safety—keeping your team safe, proactively managing hazards, and reporting incidents
• Lead day-to-day communication (pre-starts, toolbox meetings) and drive continuous improvement, training, and induction of new team members

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading teams in a customer service environment, with a track record of coaching, developing, and getting the best out of people
• A results-driven, decisive mindset—you take accountability for outcomes, back yourself, and make things happen
• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build genuine, lasting relationships
• A collaborative team player with strong commercial acumen and a clear understanding of what drives business performance
• High attention to detail and the ability to stay calm, accurate, and effective under pressure
• Strong computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, ERP systems such as M3) and a genuine interest in our industry and products
• A Class 1 driver's licence with F endorsement, a reasonable level of physical fitness, and the ability to handle products up to 20kg
