Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales consultants

  • Manage stock levels and vehicle presentation standards
  • Monitor branch KPIs and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and customer retention
  • Maximise finance, insurance, and value-added product opportunities
  • Ensure efficient branch operations and cost control

About you

  • Proven experience in the used vehicle sales industry
  • Strong sales track record with a passion for achieving results
  • Ready to step into or further develop your leadership career
  • Commercially minded with strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Current driver’s licence (minimum restricted)
