As the People and Capability Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our wider team and act as a primary point of contact for our employees.
This is an exciting opportunity that will expose you to many areas of Human Resources, offering plenty of variety and room for growth. You’ll be joining a fantastic team who are fun, driven, and passionate about supporting our people — a team that truly sits at the heart of our business.
This role will support the wider People and Capability team by providing administrative support across employment documentation, new staff onboarding, learning and development coordination, HR projects, reporting, analytics, and the overall delivery of people and capability services — and more.
As we continue to evolve our People and Capability Hub, you will also play an important role in supporting the continuous improvement of our systems, processes, and service delivery. You’ll contribute to strengthening the efficiency, quality, and maturity of our operations as we take our Hub to its next level.
You will be an integral part of the team and can look forward to soaking up the knowledge of our wider team and finding an area that you are passionate about exploring.

Confidence, resilience, professionalism and the ability to influence outcomes. Our ideal person will have a strong desire to have a career in Human Resources with some administration experience and the ability to forge strong relationships and build credibility.
If you have graduated in Human Resources or equivalent and have a few years of experience within HR, then this could be the role for you!
You will have:
- 2–3 years previous experience in Human Resources preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail and quality
- Quick learner and uses initiative
- Responsive and proactive
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Flexible and adaptable, with an enthusiasm for multi-tasking
- Solutions driven and tech savvy
- Confident and experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
