We're looking for a commercially minded Analytics Manager who is passionate about turning data into meaningful insights that influence business decisions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior analyst ready to take the next step into people leadership and strategic workforce analytics.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Talent & Capability, this role combines strategic workforce analytics, HR systems leadership and people leadership. You'll lead a small team while driving the development of our people data capability, reporting, dashboards and AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving data quality, governance and reporting accuracy
- Building and enhancing Power BI dashboards and workforce reporting
- Turning workforce data into meaningful insights and recommendations for leaders
- Leading and optimising our HR systems
- Leading our People Support team and improving employment lifecycle processes
- Exploring and implementing AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and decision making
About you
You are an experienced analytics professional (preferably workforce data), looking for the next step in your career. You have strong data analytics and modelling capability, advanced Power BI skills, and a track record of turning complex data into practical business insights.
Ideally, you'll have experience working with HR data and cyclical people processes such as remuneration reviews, workforce planning, engagement, performance, recruitment and retention. You're naturally curious, commercially minded and enjoy using data to solve problems, influence decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
