The Opportunity

Reporting to the CIO, our Head of Cyber Security will play a critical leadership role in shaping Jade's future. You'll be responsible for strengthening customer trust, protecting our platforms and intellectual property, driving security strategy, and ensuring we continue to deliver resilient, secure services that customers can depend on 24/7.

This is far more than a governance role. You'll have the opportunity to influence executive decision-making, guide strategic technology investments, support the secure adoption of emerging technologies, and help build a security capability that enables growth, innovation, and operational excellence, but most importantly you will lead and develop a team and play a key influencing role across the business.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven leadership experience across cyber security, risk, governance, and security operations.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and modern cloud security practices.
• The ability to operate strategically while remaining connected to delivery and outcomes.
• Credibility with executives, customers, auditors, and technology teams alike.
• A passion for building secure, resilient organisations that earn and retain customer trust.
• Demonstrated success leading and growing security teams through growth, evolving and complex customer needs, and organisational change.
