Minimum hourly rate (low salary range): $25/hour

Maximum hourly rate (high salary range): $26/hour

Pay frequent: Weekly

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Determining plastering requirements by studying drawings, specifications and work orders
• Preparing and cleaning surfaces before plastering
• Mixing and applying coats of plaster, cement or other materials to walls, ceilings and other surfaces
• Applying and finishing coats of plaster using hand tools and machines
• Installing cornices, mouldings and other decorative materials
• Installing prefabricated plasterboard and related materials on walls and ceilings
• Repairing existing plasterwork and surfaces
• Applying protective and decorative coverings such as texture coatings or trowelled finishes

Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job

• NZQF Level 4 qualification
• At least three years of working experience in relevant industry
• Strong understanding of building plans and specifications.
• Physical fitness and manual dexterity.
• Problem-solving and time management skills.
