Team Member

Rashmi’s Restaurant Limited is seeking reliable Team Members to join its team in Hamilton.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced

environment while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Duties-

• Provide courteous and efficient customer service, assisting with order taking and responding to general enquiries.
• Handle and organise all food order tickets, ensuring orders are completed accurately and within expected timeframes.
• Prepare pizza bases, sauces, and a range of toppings including vegetables and meats.
• Oversee oven settings by checking temperatures and cooking times to ensure proper baking.
• Prepare and cook pizzas to a high standard, following company recipes and guidelines.
• Assist with stock monitoring and place supply orders when required.
• Ensure all workstations are cleaned and ready prior to food preparation.
• Maintain strict hygiene by sanitising all kitchen tools and equipment before use.
• Properly assemble, plate, or package pizzas for service or delivery.
• Dispose of expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift in line with food safety standards.
• Deliver customer orders when required, subject to holding a valid driver’s licence.

Work Hours and Benefits

• Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week
• Paid between $24.00 to $27.00 per hour.

Other requirements

• Relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• A valid driver’s licence is required.
• Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends as required.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand tasks efficiently.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
