As a Product Analyst (Data) within the Product Analytics team, you’ll play a key role in shaping data-driven decisions across Banking Products. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality reporting and insights, supporting pricing models, and helping evaluate product performance across rates, fees, and packages. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to enhance reporting processes, improve data accuracy, and identify opportunities to optimise our products and customer outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical capability and a passion for continuous improvement to contribute to key product initiatives, uplift governance, and support enhancements across packages, pricing, rewards, and loyalty propositions.

As a Product Analyst, your day-to-day will include:
- Reviewing scheduled reports and dashboards, ensuring product performance data (rates, fees, packages) is accurate and up to date for stakeholders.
- Responding to stakeholder requests by building or refining reports and delivering insights that support key product and pricing decisions.
- Analysing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve product performance and customer outcomes.
- Working on improving reporting processes and maintaining data repositories to increase efficiency, quality, and governance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support enhancements to products, pricing models, and loyalty or package initiatives through data-led recommendations
What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Strong experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and query languages (e.g. SQL, Tableau, SAS), with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
- Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) combined with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Analytical and curious mindset, with the ability to quickly understand new systems, products, and complex datasets.
- Effective communication skills, with confidence translating data into clear, actionable insights for a range of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and continuously improve processes and reporting efficiency.
- Experience in banking products or working with senior stakeholders, with the ability to influence decisions through data-led recommendations.
