Ready to shape the future of primary care?

We are looking for a forward-thinking, digitally savvy operator who thrives on solving complex problems, improving systems, and making things easier for the people delivering care on the ground.

As our Practice Operations & Digital Systems Specialist, you’ll sit at the intersection of primary care, data, and digital innovation – working closely with General Practice teams, internal leads, and sector partners to ensure clinical programmes run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently.

You’ll play a critical role in

  • Supporting the delivery of primary care services through strong operational coordination

  • Improving how we manage claims, reporting, and funding flows

  • Leading smarter, more automated ways of working using data, digital tools, and emerging AI capabilities.

  • Helping practices and teams spend less time on admin – and more time on patient care

We’re keen to hear from people who are:

  • Digitally curious – interested in how technology, automation and AI can improve real-world workflows

  • Analytical and detailed-oriented – comfortable working with data, finance, or claims processes

  • Great communication – able to work across teams and translate complexity into clarity

  • Self-directed and solutions-focused – you see opportunities and act on them

  • Adaptable and forward-thinking – excited by change and continuous improvement.

If you’re excited about transforming healthcare through smarter systems & data, please get in touch.
