About the Role

This is a rare chance to lead global training for a New Zealand-founded Global technology business, leading a team of 12 and working in a highly influential role that brings stakeholders together around a clear global learning vision.

As Global Head of Training - Security, you’ll set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how Gallagher Security delivers world-class learning at scale.

You’ll lead a team, influence senior stakeholders, and turn training into a stronger product experience for customers, channel partners, and internal sales teams.

You’ll focus on:

  • Creating and championing Gallagher Security’s global training vision
  • Building a practical strategy and roadmap for scalable global delivery
  • Lifting consistency, quality, and impact across regional and Head Office teams
  • Using customer, channel, and market insights to keep training relevant and valuable
  • Measuring performance and driving continuous improvement

About You

You’re a strategic training leader who can set direction, bring people with you, and turn big ideas into practical global delivery.

You know how to influence senior stakeholders, lead through complexity, and build learning experiences that make a real difference.

While the role is predominantly based in Hamilton, you’ll be comfortable operating across global markets and travelling internationally 3 - 4 times a year to connect with our international offices and regional teams.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Training leadership experience, ideally in a B2B or technology environment
  • Experience working across countries, regions, or distributed teams
  • The ability to shape strategy, build roadmaps, and deliver through others
  • Strong storytelling, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A commercial, continuous improvement mindset and a passion for great learning experiences
