What you’ll do
If you thrive on being one step ahead, this role offers the chance to become the trusted right-hand support to our Chief Revenue Officer. You'll help keep priorities on track, coordinate critical activities, and create the space for our CRO to focus on leading Genesis' Commercial portfolio.
No two days will be the same. You'll work closely with leaders and teams across the business, building strong relationships and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing environment where your impact will be visible every day.
You'll build strong relationships across Genesis and play an important role in supporting collaboration, communication, and operational excellence. You will:
Provide proactive executive support to the Chief Revenue Officer, managing a complex and dynamic schedule, inbox, meetings, travel, and priorities.
Anticipate needs, identify potential issues before they arise, and create solutions that enable seamless execution.
Coordinate leadership meetings, prepare agendas, manage actions, and ensure follow-through on key deliverables.
Build strong relationships across Genesis and work closely with other Business Support Managers to deliver a consistent and collaborative support model.
Manage highly confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement.
Support team culture, events, stakeholder engagement activities, and initiatives that contribute to a positive employee experience.
NOTE: This is a permanent, full-time Auckland based role. The internal title of the role is Business Support Manager.
What you’ll need
You'll be an experienced executive support professional who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in staying one step ahead. You'll be highly organised, naturally proactive, and comfortable working autonomously while building strong relationships across the business.
At least 5 years' experience providing executive-level support in a large, complex organisation.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
The confidence and judgement to work autonomously while knowing when to escalate or seek guidance.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
A demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A positive, solutions-focused mindset and genuine enjoyment in helping others succeed.
The ability to quickly learn new ways of working and adapt to changing priorities.
