The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own and drive Fundmaster's marketing function. This is a broad, end-to-end role covering content creation, paid advertising, CRM management, event coordination, and team leadership. You will work closely with our advisers and leadership team to grow the Fundmaster brand and generate qualified leads across NZ and Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, email, and the company website.
- Film, edit, and coordinate video content including reels, client testimonials, educational videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Build and manage marketing calendars to ensure consistent content output across all platforms.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, optimising for lead generation and ROI.
- Build and optimise landing pages, lead magnets, email campaigns, and customer journeys.
- Monitor and follow up on marketing-generated leads, ensuring timely handover to advisers and tracking conversion through the CRM.
- Manage and maintain the CRM, including lead tagging, automation, reporting, and database hygiene.
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports with clear recommendations.
- Organise and execute seminars, webinars, networking events, client appreciation events, and community campaigns.
- Coordinate relationships with photographers, videographers, designers, printers, and other external suppliers.
- Maintain the company website and ensure all content is current and optimised for SEO.
- Develop marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, guides, email templates, and sales materials.
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and market opportunities to identify new growth initiatives.
- Recruit, train, and manage marketing interns or junior marketing staff where required.
- Ensure all marketing complies with relevant financial services advertising and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through AI, automation, and new marketing technologies.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure campaigns deliver measurable return on investment.
- Take ownership of the Fundmaster brand, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
What We're Looking For
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills across written and video formats.
- Confident filming and directing short-form video content for social media.
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience with CRM systems; Zoho CRM experience preferred.
- Excellent copywriting skills across ads, email, social, and web content.
- Strong project management and organisational ability.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and act on insights.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Hindi or Punjabi is required.
