This is a 6 month, full-time, fixed term contract. We require someone to start on Monday 6th July 2026!
About This Role
In this role you will be responsible for supporting financial processing and procurement. The main focus of this role is supporting the Procurement Advisor who runs a large purchasing card programme. Your tasks will include:
- Communicating with cardholders
- Issuing and maintaining P-cards and credit cards
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Handling queries and troubleshooting issues!
Alongside that, you’ll still get exposure to:
- Supplier management
- Financial systems and admin support
- General finance operations
They will teach you everything you need to know. There’s a solid training program in place to set you up for success!
About You
This role is most suitable for a recent graduate, or someone with one year of experience in an office envrionment. You will also ideally possess some of the below skills/experience:
- Recently completed a Bachelors degree
- Great communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable picking up the phone to solve problems or answer questions
- Friendly personality
- Enjoys problem solving
- Interest in finance and accounting
