We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager to work in partnership with our business leaders across the organisation to develop a mind-set of always looking for a "better way" in everything we do, resulting in our products, services and workflows evolving for the benefit of our customers.

The Key Responsibilities For This Role Are

  • Quality Improvement - implement and maintain a quality framework within which continuous quality improvement of services and business functions is achieved.
  • Quality Assurance - provide an effective and proactive audit assurance function, which ensures continuous improvement of quality standards and service performance.
  • Leadership - foster a customer-centric culture of continuous improvement in service design and delivery that results in agreed key metrics as indicators of quality.

Requirements For The Role

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in quality management and policy development
  • A background in clinical/disability/healthcare is beneficial, as well as knowledge of the health and disability system/legislation

Ideally, we are looking for an individual who is innovative, has fantastic communication skills, can build relationships organisation wide, and is excellent at project management.
