Promotions & Integration CoOrdinator
MediaWorks Holdings
MediaWorks Nelson is looking for a highly organised, creative and community-focused Promotions & Integration CoOrdinator to join our local team.
You’ll be the person who can think creatively and sweat the small stuff—bringing fresh ideas, polished execution and strong relationships together across our radio brands.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on role where one day you might be pitching a creative activation to a client, the next coordinating a major station event, creating social content for a promotion, or making sure every moving part of a campaign is perfectly lined up and ready to go.
What you’ll be doing
Organising and delivering station promotions, client activations and integrated campaigns across on-air, digital and live events
Bringing creative thinking and strong promotional ideas to brainstorms, campaign planning and client proposals
Supporting with promotion planning, social and digital content creation, and campaign execution
Building strong relationships with clients, partners and local businesses across Nelson and Marlborough
Coordinating promotional schedules, giveaways, competition mechanics, signage, supplier bookings and event resources
Supporting and coordinating casual promotional staff when required
Ensuring every campaign is delivered on time, on brand, within budget and with strong attention to detail
What you’ll bring
You’re someone who combines creativity with exceptional organisation. You’re confident with people, love working in a fast-moving environment, and enjoy taking ownership from concept through to execution.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
1 years + experience in promotions, events, media or campaign coordination with a tertiary degree ideally in broadcasting, communications or marketing
Excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to manage multiple moving parts at once
A creative mindset with confidence contributing ideas and building engaging promotions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence working directly with clients and external partners
Great time management and the ability to stay calm under deadlines
A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed
A full New Zealand driver licence and access to a reliable vehicle
A few things to note
Because radio and events don’t always happen between 9–5, occasional evening and weekend work will be part of the role—especially during promotions, activations and community events.
