As the Manager, Marketing – Automation & Vitality within our Product & Marketing team, you will lead the development and delivery of marketing automation and Vitality programme initiatives across owned channels. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will shape how we engage customers and members, leveraging data, insights, and technology to deliver meaningful, personalised experiences. You’ll collaborate across the business to drive innovation, optimise performance, and build a high-performing team, while championing continuous improvement and delivering measurable impact for both customers and the organisation.
Your Impact | Tō Pānga
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, enabling strong engagement, capability growth, and delivery of impactful marketing outcomes.
- Design and deliver data-driven marketing automation strategies that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Drive the end-to-end execution of Vitality go-to-market initiatives, creating seamless and high-quality member experiences across channels.
- Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and digital platforms to deliver personalised, scalable campaigns that maximise business value.
- Strengthen cross-functional partnerships to deliver innovative marketing solutions and influence strategic direction across the organisation.
- Establish and track performance frameworks, using insights to continuously optimise campaigns and improve ROI.
Your Capabilities | Ō Āheinga
- You bring proven experience leading marketing automation or Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives within complex organisations.
- You have demonstrated success delivering large-scale campaigns or programmes, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
- You bring strong leadership capability, with experience developing and coaching teams to achieve high performance.
- You have a deep understanding of customer-focused marketing and the New Zealand market landscape.
- You bring strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- It’s great if you also have a relevant tertiary qualification (postgraduate study is an advantage) and experience working across both B2B and B2C environments.
