Driver/Catering Assistant – TWOA (Te Rapa & Glenview)

Part time – 8 hours per week (Saturdays only)

Educational contract – 42 weeks per year

Cater Plus is proud to support Te Wānanga o Aotearoa (TWOA) in Hamilton, and we’re looking for a Driver/Catering Assistant to help deliver high quality food service across two campus locations.

Based across Te Rapa and Glenview campuses, you’ll play a key role in ensuring food is transported, set up, and delivered efficiently and professionally.

What you’ll do:

• Safely drive between TWOA Hamilton sites (vehicle supplied) to transport food and supplies
• Load, unload, and set up catering for service
• Assist with basic kitchen duties, including dishwashing and cleaning
• Support smooth kitchen operations and maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free environment
• Deliver friendly, professional service while handling food with care and attention to dietary needs
• Follow all food safety and health & safety procedures

Who you are

• Hold a full, clean New Zealand driver licence
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• A team player with a flexible, positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and good time management
• Friendly and professional, with a focus on great customer service
• Physically fit (lifting, carrying, being on your feet)
