• Provide technical support to our trade andretail customers through using their expertautomotive parts/mechanical knowledge

• Buildeffective customer relationships

• Are superstar sellers andproblem solvers, anduse up-to-date product information andknowledge

• Are committedto providing a genuine service, where they create lasting impressions andmoments that matterfor their customers

• Enjoy working in a busy phone customer contact role

• Are safety aware andconstantly strive to provide the safest work environmentfor themselves andtheir teammates.

The success f ul applicant will

• Demonstrate priorautomotive parts or mechanical experience

• Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience

• Be comfortable sharing knowledge andcancommunicate in a technical andnon-technical manner

• Be a natural problem solver who is solutionsfocussedwith soundcomputer skills

• Be a proactive anddriven team player, who can also work independently

• Have aflexible availability andholda validdriver’s licence (manual preferred).
