Repairs and fixes- You will be responsible for troubleshooting and supporting a range of hardware, laptops, workstations, meeting room technology, tablets, and printers, while also installing, configuring, and maintaining a variety of software applications.

Problem solving- Requests vary in complexity and urgency, so you'll need to effectively prioritise your workload, demonstrate initiative, and utilise a range of resources, including collaborating closely with the wider Technology team, to deliver timely and effective support.

Device provisioning and Initiating upgrades - Provision laptops for new starters and upgrade existing devices for staff, ensuring they have all the tools they need to succeed.

Building rapport and communicating - Our Helpdesk has great relationships with our employees. We put our people at the centre of what we do and pride ourselves on clear, friendly communication, whether in person, on the phone, via instant message, or email.

Collaboration with specialists – You’ll work closely with Infrastructure, DevOps, and Security teams to resolve more complex issues and ensure a smooth user experience.
