What you’ll do

As our Billing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate, efficient billing for our enterprise customers. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to resolve billing issues, maintain accurate records, improve billing processes, and support timely outcomes for customers.

Some of your key responsibilities include

Manage end-to-end billing processes, including invoice creation, account preparation, and resolution of outstanding or overdue bills.

Analyse and resolve billing discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams, including Corporate, Metering and Customer Service.

Ensure timely correction, finalisation and dispatch of problem bills to customers.

Maintain accurate records of billing activities and account statuses.

Monitor and streamline the billing cycle to improve timeliness and accuracy.

Support the implementation of procedures to reduce billing delays and enhance cash flow.

What you’ll bring

You’re detail-oriented, organised and comfortable working with data and systems. You enjoy problem-solving, take ownership of your work, and can balance accuracy with meeting deadlines. You also value collaboration and contributing to shared outcomes.

We’re looking for

Experience using problem-solving skills to resolve customer or billing-related issues.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Confidence following processes while thinking analytically to resolve issues.

Customer service or administrative experience, ideally in a billing or operational environment.

Advanced knowledge of Excel and SharePoint.

Basic SQL knowledge preferred, but not essential.
