Executive Assistant & Office Manager

We're looking for a hands on Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support our Managing Director, keep our Auckland office running smoothly and helping keep our winning culture alive.

This is a varied role combining EA support with office coordination and team engagement, perfect for someone who enjoys being variety and being close to the running of a business.

You might be an experienced EA or a strong PA ready to step up, what matters most is your attitude, adaptability, and ability to get things done.

About the role

A fast moving, no two days the same role where you'll work closely with the MD while supporting the wider team. Keeping things organised, connected, and running smoothly and helping bring our culture to life.

You'll be part of a strong, down to earth team where you can make a real impact. This is a hands on role with visibility, variety, and room to take ownership, not restricted to sitting on the sidelines. We value initiative, collaboration, and people who bring energy to what they do.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing the MD's diary, inbox, and scheduling
  • Coordinating travel, meetings, and events
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and communications
  • Supporting day to day office operations (facilities, suppliers, general upkeep)
  • Organising internal events and team initiatives
  • Partnering with internal teams and Leadership on team on culture and engagement initiatives
  • Providing ad hoc support to the NZ leadership team

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a PA or EA role, ideally in a fast-paced technology environment
  • Organised but flexible, with a proactive, can do mindset
  • Comfortable with changing priorities and figuring things out
  • Approachable, down to earth, and a strong relationship builder
  • Confident communicator with good attention to detail
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a team and contributing to culture
