As a Relationship Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will help welcome business customers to Kiwibank by guiding them through the onboarding journey and ensuring a seamless start to their relationship with us.
In this role, you will:
- Set up customer accounts and profiles in our systems.
- Gather the relevant information and verify AML, CDD and Foreign Tax documentation ensuring customers meet compliance requirements.
- Set customers up with online banking.
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Support process improvements and picking up continuous improvement projects.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following skills and experience:
- A degree in Commerce or finance is preferred, but not essential.
- Prior banking contact centre or branch experience is beneficial.
- Strong process adherence, documentation, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication with and relationship building skills with stakeholders and customers.
- Demonstrated skill in using digital tools and learning new technologies.
- An interest in contributing to process improvement initiatives.
