What You’ll Do
As our Technology Delivery Finance Administrator known internally as a Delivery Assurance Analyst you'll play a critical role in supporting Technology Operations through financial administration, reporting, vendor coordination and process improvement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with detail, solving problems and finding better ways of doing things. You'll work closely with internal teams, Finance, Procurement and vendors to help ensure our financial processes run smoothly and accurately.
Some Of The Key Responsibilities Are
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, software licensing costs and financial reconciliations across Technology Operations.
- Analyse spend, forecasts and vendor charges, identifying discrepancies, investigating root causes and driving resolution.
- Prepare monthly performance reporting, vendor reporting and financial insights for key stakeholders.
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, Technology teams and external vendors to ensure accurate financial management and governance.
- Identify process gaps, recommend improvements and help implement smarter, more efficient ways of working.
- Support forecasting, accruals, planning activities and month-end reporting while maintaining strong financial controls.
What You’ll Bring
We're looking for someone who combines strong financial administration experience with analytical thinking, curiosity and a passion for continuous improvement.
Our ideal candidate will also have;
- Experience with financial administration including managing purchase orders, invoices, reconciliations, accruals and financial reporting.
- Analytical skills with the ability to identify gaps, investigate issues and solve complex problems.
- Good communication skills with confidence working across internal teams, stakeholders and external partners.
- A curious and commercially minded approach with the ability to challenge processes and recommend improvements.
- Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
