As a Home Ownership Manager at ASB, you’ll guide customers through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives while developing your own reputation as a trusted lending expert.
This is a relationship-led, high-impact role where your judgement, experience and ability to connect with customers will set you apart.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning and managing a pipeline of home lending opportunities
- Working closely with branch, referral partners and networks to grow your portfolio
- Supporting customers at every stage - from first home buyers through to complex lending needs
- Having meaningful financial conversations that look at the bigger picture
- Delivering strong, sustainable outcomes while managing lending risk

You’ll be confident in your lending capability and motivated by building genuine relationships, not just processing applications.
We’re looking for
- Proven home lending experience, ideally in a retail or broker environment
- Strong understanding of lending products and responsible lending requirements
- Confidence to lead customer conversations and provide tailored solutions
- Ability to build trust quickly and generate repeat and referral business
- A proactive approach - spotting opportunities and growing your pipeline
