Our projects team is growing and we’re looking for a capable, motivated Site Manager who can lead from the front, drive performance on site, and take ownership of successful project delivery.
This isn’t just another site role. It’s a chance to step into a key leadership position, run complex projects, and be backed by a business that’s focused on doing things properly.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be leading site delivery across commercial projects in Auckland, taking ownership of programme, people, and performance on site.
Key Parts Of The Role Include
- Leading Supervisors, Foremen, and site teams
- Managing day-to-day site operations and multiple work fronts
- Planning and sequencing work to meet programme targets
- Coordinating labour, materials, and subcontractors
- Building strong relationships with clients and main contractors
- Driving productivity, accountability, and site performance
- Overseeing quality, commissioning, and project completion
- Maintaining strong Health & Safety standards across all works
What we’re looking for
We’re after someone who is confident leading teams, takes ownership of site performance, and communicates clearly with both clients and our team.
You’ll Ideally Have
- NZ Electrical Registration and current Practising Licence
- Strong experience in site leadership on commercial projects
- Proven ability to manage teams, programme, and delivery
- Good commercial awareness and decision-making ability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solution-focused approach
- A commitment to quality, safety, and doing things properly
