The Role
Based in Wellington, this Office Manager / Senior Administrative Assistant position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office while providing high-level support to senior leaders.
You will take ownership of day-to-day office operations, lead a business support team, and act as a trusted partner to executives. This is a hands-on role where you will balance leadership, operational oversight, and executive support, helping to foster a productive and professional workplace environment.
Role Requirements
- Proven experience in office management and supporting senior leaders or C-suite
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Strong communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems
