Denim Sales Professional

EnCompass is looking for an exceptional sales assistant to join our team at The Tannery.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about fashion and retail to join us at our store. This person will join us in assisting our customers with top quality advice and service. We want someone with a sense of style, who wants to help people look and feel their best.

Our Business specializes in Denim products, and there will likely be a good opportunity for you to learn new things even if you have previous experience in the industry. There is an opportunity to take this beyond the shop floor into administrative roles.

Role and Responsibility

· Customer service and Sales.

· Cash handling and till operation.

· Maintenance of the store and organization of items on display.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

· Experience in retail or sales is ideal, but not essential.

· Exceptional communication skills and a can-do attitude

· Desire to create a memorable experience for customers

· Attention to detail, presentation and style

· A passion for retail and interacting with others daily.

· Someone who is hard working.

· Willing to learn new skills and knowledge.

· Proactive in dealing with customers and solving issues before they arise.
