The Consultant, Marketing Transformation supports the delivery of marketing and customer transformation engagements focused on operating model design, governance, process improvement, and capability uplift.

The role contributes to client outcomes through research, analysis, documentation, workshop support, and development of project deliverables. Consultants work closely with multidisciplinary teams to help clients improve how marketing functions operate across people, process, governance, and enabling technology.

The role provides an opportunity to build consulting capability, develop marketing transformation expertise, and gain experience across a range of client engagements and industries.

Job duties

Client impact

  • Support client engagements through research, analysis, and documentation activities
  • Participate in stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions
  • Gather and organise information from multiple sources to support engagement objectives
  • Assist in documenting current-state processes, governance structures, and operating models
  • Develop presentations, reports, and supporting materials for client engagements
  • Contribute to problem solving and development of recommendations
  • Maintain a professional and collaborative approach in all client interactions

Delivery and execution

  • Deliver assigned tasks and project components within agreed timelines and quality expectations
  • Support marketing transformation initiatives involving operating model design, governance, workflow improvement, and organisational effectiveness
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project activities
  • Maintain project documentation, action logs, risks, issues, and status updates
  • Assist with preparation of workshop materials, meeting outputs, and project artefacts
  • Collaborate effectively with consulting, experience design, martech, technology, and client teams
  • Escalate risks, issues, or dependencies when identified
  • Apply Credera methodologies, frameworks, and delivery standards

Commercial and business contribution

  • Support proposal development activities through research and content creation
  • Contribute to development of reusable assets, templates, and knowledge-sharing materials
  • Identify observations and insights that may support future opportunities
  • Maintain utilisation and delivery expectations aligned to role requirements

Education and experience

  • Early-career consulting, business analysis, marketing operations, project delivery, or related experience
  • Experience supporting projects, business initiatives, or operational improvement activities preferred
  • Exposure to marketing, customer, digital, or operational environments advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
