- Owning and maintaining integrated delivery plans across sprint commitments, BAU demand, milestones, dependencies, resource impacts and timelines
- Working with Product Owners, stakeholders and the squad to manage workload, balance BAU support with delivery commitments, and maintain focus on the highest-value work
- Applying fit-for-purpose agile delivery practices, tools and team rhythms that support predictable delivery, effective prioritisation and continuous improvement
- Managing delivery risks, issues, dependencies and workload pressures, escalating where needed to support momentum and transparency

- Building strong relationships across business, technology, EPMO and vendor partners to keep everyone aligned, coordinated and accountable
- Looking for opportunities to improve ways of working, team rhythms and delivery practices across the squad and wider MAS delivery environment
Qualifications

- Strong understanding of agile delivery principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, iterative planning and continuous improvement
- Confidence supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, prioritisation, dependency management and delivery forecasting
- Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders, managing sequencing and dependencies, and resolving delivery conflicts pragmatically

- Well-developed communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across business and technology teams
- A practical problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify blockers early, coordinate action and support timely decisions
- Strong understanding of delivery management disciplines, including planning, risk and issue management, budgeting, reporting and governance
- Experience using delivery and work management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence would be beneficial
- Financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting workload impacts and reporting variances
- A relevant delivery, agile or project management qualification or certification would be advantageous
- Alignment to MAS's purpose and values, with a genuine commitment to delivering great outcomes for our Members
