Executive Assistant
Enviro NZ
Remote
At Enviro NZ, we’ve been quietly doing big things. Growing, evolving, and delivering services that keep New Zealand moving. Behind every big decision, there’s a lot happening to keep things running smoothly. That’s where you come in.
Success in the role looks like the Executive team being supported seamlessly through proactive coordination, exceptional organisation and sound judgement. Priorities, schedules, meetings and communications are managed efficiently, with potential issues anticipated and resolved before they become problems. Trusted relationships are built through discretion, accuracy and professionalism, enabling executives to focus on strategic priorities with confidence that operational details are well managed and under control.
What This Role Is All About
This is more than managing calendars. You’ll coordinate the detail that allows our CEO, CFO and COO to focus on what matters most. This role is important in managing complex schedules, facilitating communication and handling confidential information with discretion. Responsibilities include organising meetings and meeting documents, co-ordinating travel arrangements for the executives as well as overseeing corporate travel and events.
Who We’re Looking For
A highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays one step ahead. You'll be a trusted partner to the Executive team, bringing structure to complexity, managing competing priorities with confidence, and handling sensitive matters with discretion. You are an exceptional communicator, relationship builder and problem solver who takes ownership, exercises sound judgement, and gets things done with professionalism and attention to detail.
Why Enviro NZ?
At Enviro NZ, we're helping shape a more sustainable future for Aotearoa by making it easier for New Zealanders to reduce waste, recover resources, and live more sustainably. We're a business built on practical action, innovation, and delivering real impact for our communities and customers.
Join us and you'll work alongside senior leaders in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment where your contribution matters. If you're someone who thrives on making things happen, enjoys being at the centre of the action, and takes pride in enabling others to succeed, you'll fit right in.
Ready to make things happen?
If you take pride in staying ahead of the detail and delivering support people can rely on, we’d love to hear from you.
The successful applicant will be required to undertake a Pre-Employment Health Assessment (including drugs test) and complete a Ministry of Justice criminal records check, the results of which must be to EnviroNZ’s satisfaction. Applicants must also have NZ citizenship or residency.
