As we continue to grow, we are now looking for an experienced organisational development professional to shape the future of NZKS by building a high‑performing, engaged, and future‑ready workforce. In this role, you’ll lead the design and delivery of initiatives that strengthen our culture, lift leadership capability, support meaningful development at every level of the organisation, and be the overall leader of employee engagement.
Reporting to the GM People & Culture, this role partners with senior leaders and key stakeholders to align people strategies with business objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Key aspects of this role include:
- Create and deliver a cohesive OD strategy that drives engagement, agility, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain and enhance frameworks for performance, development, and talent management to ensure we attract, grow, and retain great people.
- Create career pathways and development opportunities that support growth and retention.
- Coach and mentor senior leaders to enhance their impact and effectiveness.
- Identify skills gaps and recommend training solutions aligned to current and future needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development or Psychology (or equivalent)
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in a capability focused role
- Proven experience implementing OD programs & initiatives
- Be a collaborative leader who builds strong cross-functional relationships
- To thrives in an environment where collaboration and trust are essential.
