Our candidate coordinator supports our team of Recruitment Advisers and guides candidates through our process and leave a great first impression of recruitment with them.
We have an opportunity for a candidate coordinator to join our Northern team, who deliver recruitment service from Kaitaia to Tongariro. This role will see you primarily support Auckland sites - Auckland Regional Prison, Auckland Region Womens Correctional Faclility (ARWCF) and Bail Support - Penrose.

You may already have recruitment/HR experience or be a skilled administrator/coordinator who has worked in a high-volume or corporate space and is looking for something extra special in their day-to-day work. You are an enthusiastic, energised team-player who is passionate about delivering an outstanding recruitment experience. You enjoy working with people and you thrive in a detail-focused environment.
Our successful candidate will be an enthusiastic Candidate Coordinator who is able to showcase their initiative, you will not be shy in picking up the phone and to collaborate across functions to ensure a seamless recruitment journey for our candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.

The salary range for this position starts at $60,904.00 with $71,651.00 being the midpoint (100%) of the range. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
3 days onsite and 2 days work from home.
