NZ NUTRITION CARE LIMITED is a Food Manufacturing company based in Hamilton. Large-Scale OEM/ODM Nutraceutical Manufacturing Expert in New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Identify and secure new OEM/ODM manufacturing clients in New Zealand and overseas markets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers and brand owners.
  • Negotiate supply agreements, pricing structures and commercial contracts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities in the nutraceutical industry.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports for senior management.
  • Lead, supervise and mentor sales and customer service staff.
  • Coordinate with product development, production and regulatory teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions and business networking events.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years sales and business development experience.
  • Previous experience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, health products or FMCG sectors preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in international business development and B2B sales.
  • Physically fit with a clear criminal record.
