Assurity is growing and we are looking for a Program Test Manager to take the lead on complex, enterprise-wide programs for some of New Zealand's largest organisations. This role is about shaping strategy at a program level, building trust at the highest levels, and guiding multiple delivery teams to create meaningful impact.

You'll take charge of program-wide test strategy and delivery, keeping scope, timelines, budgets, and risk in balance while never losing sight of quality. You'll provide governance and reporting across the program, ensuring alignment to business outcomes and executive visibility. You'll inspire and mentor teams to perform at their best, champion smarter ways of working through automation, AI and modern quality practices, and bring thought leadership to the table.

What you'll bring

• Experience and capability understanding and working with AI tools.
• Delivery experience with ERP, procurement, finance and payroll systems ideal.
• Proven experience in test management, preferably in a program or project management environment.
• A confident leader who thrives in ambiguity, can resolve conflicts, and influences effectively at senior and executive levels.
• Skilled consultant and facilitator, able to bridge technical and business perspectives and drive enterprise-wide transformation.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques, with the ability to apply them pragmatically at scale.
• Experience with governance, reporting, and managing interdependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Exceptional relationship management skills, you're as comfortable presenting to the board as you are coaching delivery teams.
• Passionate about improving the way technology is delivered, with the confidence to challenge and the care to support.
• Relevant Degree or Tertiary qualification (IT, Technology, Testing) or equivalent experience would be desirable.
