About the Role
Green Light is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Lead Consultant to support a large‑scale HR transformation program.
This is a delivery‑focused, hands‑on leadership role, responsible for end‑to‑end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central across multiple legal entities. The role requires deep expertise in EC core data model and best‑practice solution design, combined with the ability to lead delivery activities and manage other EC consultants within the program.
You will work closely with solution architects and module leads across EC, ECP, Time Off, Time Tracking, Talent modules, and integrations to ensure a cohesive and scalable solution.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations
- Run detailed design workshops and define EC solution architecture
- Configure EC core components in line with best‑practice design
- Oversee and contribute hands‑on to system configuration, testing, and data migration
- Support integrations with downstream and upstream systems
- Manage and coordinate other EC consultants within the delivery team
- Collaborate closely with architects and other module leads
- Ensure solution quality, consistency, and alignment to program objectives
- Produce and maintain clear functional and configuration documentation
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior / Lead SuccessFactors EC Consultant
- Strong hands‑on configuration experience in Employee Central
- Experience delivering EC across multiple legal entities
- Strong knowledge of EC data model and best‑practice design principles
- Experience running design workshops and leading delivery activities
- Experience working within complex, multi‑module SuccessFactors programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to lead teams while remaining hands‑on in delivery
