The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Structural Drafter / Digital Modeller to join our team, working across a diverse portfolio of major infrastructure and building projects throughout Australia, New Zealand, the UAE, Ireland, and the UK.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work closely with the Digital Manager to drive quality, consistency, and efficiency across BIM delivery. You’ll play a key role in shaping digital design outcomes while contributing strategically to how projects are delivered.
You’ll collaborate with high-performing teams on complex, high-profile projects making a real impact on design, delivery, and innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver high-quality BIM models and technical documentation across multiple projects
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and the Digital Manager
- Lead coordination of models and drawings to meet programme requirements
- Apply and enhance BIM standards, workflows, and document control processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and project delivery methodologies
- Mentor and support junior team members
About You
- Strong experience in structural drafting and BIM across a range of construction types
- Solid understanding of structural design principles and multidisciplinary coordination
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows, and 3D modelling (Dynamo / family creation advantageous)
- Experience in coordination and clash detection across complex projects
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Passion for mentoring and developing junior team members
- Precast and reinforcement detailing experience is beneficial
