About the Role

Looking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got an exciting Project Coordinator role just for you!

  • Developing and controlling the purchasing plan and procurement forecasts
  • Controlling timekeeping of jobs and controlling job numbers
  • Controlling and managing job variations with supervisors and main contractors
  • Preparing documentation for Projects Managers reporting on month end job status and financials
  • Understand and comply with all Omexom Health and Safety policies and procedures and taking reasonable care for own health and safety and the health and safety of others
  • Making health and safety decisions by exercising care, diligence, and skill that a reasonable person would exercise in the same circumstances
  • Understand and comply with your obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and all associated regulation, standard, and approved codes of practices
  • Ensuring the company event reporting procedures are understood and complied with, and assisting with incident investigations where appropriate.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Hands on experience in technical coordination within the electrical industry
  • Experience in project coordination
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with staff and customers, at all levels.
  • Sound computer skills and experience
  • Able to write fairly complex reports
  • Knowledge of industry contracting procedures and contract law
