What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking dishes to high standards

• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

• Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient service delivery

• Providing excellent customer service to patrons

What we're looking for

• Previous 4+ experience as a Cook in a fast-paced hospitality setting

• Minimum level 5 cookery or cullinary arts qualification

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

• Full drivers licence with clean driving record- Employment drug test is required

• Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
